Richard Roberts wants to share something to you. God can heal turmoil, can’t He? Here’s a call from Corydon, Indiana. This woman says as she watched the program she put her hand on the television. Now many times, Lindsay, I ask, I say to people, “Touch yourself or touch someone you’re with or touch the television as a point of contact.”
Like reaching out to God. Not that the television has any power or that you and I have any power, but Jesus has the power. Just…spirit you’re reaching out. And it’s a point of contact. (That’s right) Jesus was always telling people to do something. To one He said, “Stretch out your hand.”
To another He said, (Launch out) “Rise up and be healed.” To Peter He said, “Launch out into the deep for a catch.” (That’s right) And incidentally, there’s someone who is watching who is receiving a healing in your shoulder. Someone’s shoulder is being healed right now. That’s a word of knowledge
I’m giving. If you’ll just begin moving your shoulder, you’ll find the pain is leaving. She said, “I put my hand on the television and prayed the sinner’s prayer.” She poured her heart out to the prayer partner and she said, “I have now rededicated my life to Jesus Christ and my life has turned around.”
Praise God, that’s the greatest miracle of all. And, Lindsay, here’s a letter that I must read and then I want to pray. I received this yesterday afternoon and I want to share it with you. “Dear Richard Roberts , my name is Debra. I was born a healthy child. I don’t know for what reason, but at the age of six I came down with something called dystonia. Many doctors have tried to help me but they’ve not been able to. I’m 13 years old.” Now dystonia is a chronic muscle tone difficulty.
It’s, it’s a real bad thing. She says, “I cannot walk. I’m in a wheelchair.” And she says, “I don’t believe in all this that’s going on, that’s going wrong with me. I believe in Jesus.” And she said, “I know that Jesus loves me. I believe He will heal me and so I want you to pray for me on the 26th of May.” Well,
Debra, if you’re watching today I want to pray for you today. The 26th of May, the reason she mentioned that is because that’s the day that our family, the Roberts family, is going up into the Prayer Tower.
We designated May 26th as a great day of healing prayer. We’re going up into the Prayer Tower to pray for the requests of all of our partners. And she is saying to pray for her on May 26th. Well, Debra, we’re going to pray for you on May 26th, but we’re also going to pray for you now. She said, “I expect a miracle to happen to me.
