CHRISTIANA: Hallelujah!  Thank you, Niger.  I have been so blessed to be able to come here.  Your country is beautiful, you’re beautiful, and you have welcomed us all with open arms and open hearts.

You have reminded me not only what it is to be a nurse, to serve patients, but what it is to be a Christian and to love one another and care for each other.  And I see the love amongst you all with your friendly faces and how much you welcomed us into your country.

And it has been my honor to come and serve you.  So thank you for this opportunity, and thank you, President Roberts.  (Applause)

RR: Hallelujah!  Now come and stand close to me.  Come and stand close to me.  I want to bring you a message tonight.  I’m asking everyone to be quiet.  Everyone stop talking.  And let us give honor to the Word of God.

The Bible says that the word God speaks is alive and full of power, and that word must be heard.  When you hear it with your ears, it gets down into your heart.  And out of the abundance of your heart, that word begins to come up out of your mouth.  And it becomes a word of faith.

You hear it, it gets in your heart, and you say it.  And when you say it, you hear it again, and it gets into your heart, which causes you to say it.  And it goes around and around and around, in your ear, in your heart, and out of your mouth.  And it becomes a word of faith.  And that helps you to believe the things of God.

The Bible says, “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.  But how shall they hear without a preacher, and how can he or she preach except they be sent of God?  For how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel.”

Yesterday and today, I preached and taught a large number of pastors.  And I told them that they had beautiful feet because they are preachers and teachers of God’s Word.  They represent the church.  And the Bible says, “The gates of hell shall not prevail against the church.”

This morning we had our closing service together, and I laid hands on each one and anointed each one with oil.  The Bible describes the use of anointing oil in praying for people.  And so I anointed them with oil as I laid my hands on them.

MAN: Dr. Roberts, for ten years this man has had to walk with this cane.  Now he can walk without the cane.

RR: For ten years.

MAN: Ten years had to walk with a cane, but tonight he can walk without the cane.

RR: Ten years.  Hallelujah!  Glory to God!  Yes, Dr. Cordray.

DR. C: Dr. Roberts, this lady has not been able to walk for four years.  Her daughter is here to confirm.

RR: Hallelujah!  Hallelujah!  Praise the Lord!  If you’re being healed tonight, if the pain is gone, if you’re seeing better, if your hearing is healed, if you’re walking, if the pain is gone, come to the platform.  Give a word of testimony.  Let the people know that God is a healing God.

Yes, David.

DAVID: Dr. Roberts, for two years this lady could not hear.  Tonight she can hear.

RR: Can she hear?  (Testing lady’s hearing)  (Response)  Jesus heals deaf ears.  Hallelujah!

MAN: Richard, this lady had been poisoned with witchcraft.

RR: What?
MAN: 2001 she was poisoned with witchcraft, couldn’t walk, run.

RR: She was poisoned from witchcraft.  What did you feel when we prayed tonight?

LADY: I’m from Nigeria, I’m from Nigeria.

RR: What happened to you?  Tell me.

LADY: God is good.

RR: I know that.  What did He do for you tonight?

LADY: For five years . . . from Nigeria . . . I want healing and I been listening to you . . .

RR: What happened to you tonight?

LADY: Tonight the power of God came upon me.  I’ve been like this for five years.  For five years I can’t move.  I can’t do anything, but God has given me strength.  (Response)

RR: Yes, David.

DAVID: Dr. Roberts, for four years this lady has been having pain in both her knees.  She couldn’t walk the stairs.  Tonight she can walk the stairs without any pain.

And by Saturday this stadium will be overflowing, and there will be thousands and thousands of salvations.  And there will be thousands of miracles.  And people will be testifying and giving a word for the Lord.

Now you who’ve come for prayer, I want you to lift your hands.  And I want the pastors and the ministers of the gospel to begin to come down and surround you.  For I want to put you in their hands after this service is over tonight, so if all the supporting pastors, all the ministers of the gospel will make their way down.

Now lift your hands unto the Lord and pray this prayer out loud after me:  O God, be merciful to me a sinner.  Come into my heart and save me.  Heal me, deliver me, and set me free.  I repent.  I turn from my way to Your way.

I renounce the devil and all of his works.  And I receive the Lord Jesus, from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet.  I declare that I am a Christian.  I am born again.  And from this night I shall not be the same again, by the authority of Jesus’ name.

Now begin to rejoice.  Give Him praise.  Give Him honor.  Give Him glory in this place.  Lift your hands unto Him.  Say, “Thank You, Lord, for saving me, for healing me tonight.  And, Lord, let there be many more miracles tonight, tomorrow night, Friday night, Saturday night.  God bless the pastor’s conference.  God bless the medical and dental team.  God bless this crusade, and let Ibadan know that God is a good God and the devil is a bad devil, in Jesus’ name.”  Put your hands together and give Him praise.  (Applause)

LADY: Hallelujah!  The Word of God says, “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof, the world and everything in it.”  Is that just to the men?  Is that just for the men?  Are we on the earth too?  Jesus loves Niger, but Jesus especially loves the women of Niger.  God is doing something new in our midst.  His power is in us tonight.  Women of Niger, God is bringing a women of Niger.  (Applause)

In the Word, in the book of Jeremiah, chapter 29, verse 11, God said, “I have thoughts about you.”  God is thinking about the women of Niger.  God is not just thinking of those men of Niger.  God is thinking of the women of Niger.

God said, “I am thinking of you.  I want to give you peace.  I have not come to do evil to you.  I have come to give you a future and a hope.”  We have a hope in Jesus Christ.

He came to set the women free, free to love our husbands, free to love each other, free to read His Word.  He wants to release us from bondage.

Jesus said, “The thief, he came to steal.  He came to kill, and he came to destroy.”  But Jesus said, “I have come that they, I have come that they, the women of Niger, I come that the women of Niger, that they have life and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Women of Niger, God is challenging us that the Word the man of God is bringing, it is a word for us.  This Word is for us.  Embrace the Word of God.  Embrace Jesus.  Embrace the abundant life He has brought to you.  Hallelujah!  Hallelujah!  Hallelujah!

richard roberts on October 13th, 2011

Scripture after scripture just came pouring out of our mouths, until we knew, we knew that we knew that we knew.  Say this.  Say, “I know.”  Say, “I know that I know.”  Come on, “I know that I know that I know.”  How do I know?  I just know that I know.  I know that I know.  I just know that I know because I know that I know.  That’s how I know, because I know that I know that I know.  (Applause)  That’s how I know.

Something comes into your knower on the inside.  You don’t have the evidence on the outside, but you have the evidence on the inside.  And when you talk from the inside, it starts to get out on the outside.

When you believe it with your heart, then out of your mouth comes the Word of God.  And when you speak it, something begins to happen.  A spontaneous miracle begins to happen.  And that which you heard and that which you believed becomes a word of faith.  And as it comes out of your mouth, it begins to happen.

And we did that for months.  One night I was preaching, and I had studied all afternoon for the message.  And when I got to the podium, the Lord said, “Don’t preach that.  Change your message.”  And right on the spot He gave me a new sermon.

And when I finished, I said, “All of you have pain in your legs and arms and feet, stand up.”  To my amazement, half the people stood.  And I closed my eyes.  I was afraid to look.  And I began to speak to arthritis and pain in backs and feet and legs and hips.

I shut my eyes.  I was afraid to look.  I didn’t know what was going to happen.  I prayed and prayed, and the more I prayed the stronger my prayer got.  It was a word of faith.  My eyes were shut, but the word was flowing out of me.

Then I opened my eyes, and I said, “Who is being healed?”  And hundreds of people began to raise their hands.  Backs began to get healed.  Feet and legs began to get healed.  Knees began to get healed.  People who were crippled began to walk.  People started coming off of crutches and wheelchairs.

And I looked at my wife.  She sat there like Sister Aviara is tonight, like she’s sitting there, my wife was sitting there.  And she looked at me like this.  She pointed at me and said, “Yes, yes, this is what we prayed for.  This is what we believed.  This is what we said with our mouths.  And out of the abundance of our hearts, our mouth had spoken it.  And that which we believed has now come to pass.”

RR: Whoo!  Whoo!  Stand up and give praise unto the Lord tonight.  He’s a healing Jesus.  He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.  Yes, Dr. Cordray.

DR. C: This lady was seen in our clinic this morning and told that she had fibroid tumors.  She felt something in here and believe they’re gone.

RR: Can you tell the tumors are gone?

LADY:. . . I feel they are gone.

RR: Hallelujah!  What’s happening there?  Someone’s walking there!  It’s a miracle!  It’s a miracle!  Bring him here.  Bring him here.  Bring him here.  Yes.

MAN: Skin condition for one year tonight, completely healed.

RR: What happened when we prayed?

MAN:I had a pressure come into my head.

RR: Pressure on your head.

MAN: Because this last year . . . on the head, but immediately when we are praying, I . . . come into my head . . .

RR: Amen.

DEBBIE: Richard, this woman has received multiple healings tonight.  She was partially blind.  Now she sees much better.

RR: Are you seeing me clear?

LADY: Yes, yes.

RR: Look at the crowd.  Can you see clearly?

LADY: Yeah, I see clearly.

RR: Do you see everybody?

LADY: Yes.

RR: What happened with her knee and her chest?

LADY: The chest was paining before, but now all the pain is gone.

RR: Pain’s gone from your chest?  And the right leg?  The pain is gone?
LADY: It’s gone.

RR: And you can see clearly?

LADY: Yes.

RR: Hallelujah!  Hallelujah!

MAN: Richard, since this last year, this lady has felt a pain, actually a growth growing in this area of her body.  It was growing this last year on her left side.  Tonight the growth is gone.  It’s completely gone, disappeared.

RR: Show me, put your hand there.  Do you feel it?

LADY: (Inaudible)

So, how do we pray?  We pray in Jesus’ name.  Not in someone else’s name, but in the name of Jesus.  On the last night of Jesus’ earthly life, He gathered His disciples together.  He said, “Up until now,” or before now, “you have asked nothing in my name.”

He said, “Ask, and you shall receive, that your joy may be full.  Ask,” He said, “and you shall receive.”  If you ask for bread, will He give you a stone?  If you ask for the door to open, will He shut it in your face?  If you ask to get up, will He knock you down?

He said to His disciples, “Ask, and you shall receive, so that your joy may be full.”  And tonight we’re asking in His name.  We’re not asking in our name, but we’re asking in the name of Jesus.

On that night He transferred His name.  He gave us the power of attorney to use His name, to pray in that name, to speak in that name, to command demons to flee in that name, to call sickness and disease out in that name.

My wife and I have been married now for 26 years, and we have three beautiful children.  When we married, I gave her my name.  Up until then, she had another name.  But she no longer had that name.  Instead, she took my name.  She became Mrs. Richard Roberts.  No longer Lindsay Salem, but Mrs. Richard Roberts.

I gave her my name.  And if I’m with her or if I’m not with her, she has the right to use my name.  I have given her that right.  Here I am in Africa, and she is in the United States.  But she can use my name, and it’s just like I’m there standing beside her.  In 26 years she has learned how to use my name, and it’s just like I’m standing beside her.

richard roberts on September 20th, 2011

And in the name of Jesus, I send His word to you.  The Bible says, “He sent his word and healed them and delivered them from their destruction.”  And so I send His Word to you tonight.  I send His healing Word to you.

Legs, in the authority of Jesus’ name, be healed.  Every pain, come out.  Pain, come out of the feet.  Pain, come out of the knees.  Pain, come out of the ankles.  Pain, come out of the hips.  Pain, come out of the bones.  Pain, come out of the muscles.  Pain, come out of the joints, in the name of Jesus.

Now begin to move your legs.  Begin to bend your legs.  Begin to move your legs.  Many of you are beginning to get healed right now.  Examine yourself.  If you can tell healing is coming into your feet, if you can tell healing is coming into your legs, if you feel the power of God on your legs now, begin to come here.  Begin to come.  Begin to come.

Begin to walk toward the front.  If you can tell there’s a healing that’s already been done in your legs, begin to come now.

Now you who have pain in your back, you have pain in your shoulders, lay your hand on your back.  Lay your hand on your back, or lay your hand on your shoulders, or lay your hand on your neck.  In the authority of Jesus’ name, I speak to backs.  You who have had pain in your back, I speak to the source of the pain.

In the authority of Jesus’ name, pain, come out.  Back pain, come out.  Back pain, come out.  Pain in the shoulders, you who cannot lift your shoulders like this, in the name of Jesus, pain, come out.  You who cannot move your neck—someone’s neck is frozen and it’s being healed.  Someone’s shoulder is being healed right now.  Someone’s back and feet and legs are being healed right now.

Father, in the authority of Jesus’ name, right now I thank You because You told me today this is going to be a Cornerstone divine moment, a $100,000 divine moment for Cornerstone, for the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ

Lord, I thank You that it’s getting into people’s hearts that we don’t have to pay attention to the recession.  We can live above that even though we might be in the middle of it.  And that which is coming and could very well get worse, we could see $5-a-gallon gasoline, we don’t know.  We know what they’re saying.  But, Lord, Isaac sowed in the middle of it, and he reaped a hundredfold harvest.

Lord, Isaac doesn’t have any better relationship with You than we can have if we decide.  You’re the same God.  You’re the same yesterday, today, and forever.  And so I thank You right now.  We make a decision we’re going to sow first.  We’re going to sow in quality soil, and we’re going to get into expectation, in the name of the Lord.

And I pray right now, my friends, I pray for the nine others of you.  I’m the first one.  I’m the first out of ten through our ministry.  I’m praying right now for the nine others of you that God is speaking to, and He’s doing it right now.  Inside me I know He’s speaking right now to you.  He’s speaking to nine others of you, husbands, wives, ministers, businesses, to plant a $5,000 seed or a pledge, nine others of you, that you will hear it right here.  You’ll hear it.  And you’ll say, “I’m going to pick up my phone.  I’m going to do it.  I’m going to launch out into the deep like Peter did, and I’m going to let down my nets with expectation, believing for a miracle.”

Now you may not be used to hearing this because you’ve heard the opposite on television.  I was listening yesterday to a panel.  They were talking about how bad it’s going to become in America.  But that doesn’t mean it has to be bad for you, and it doesn’t have to be bad for me.  It’s only going to be bad for us if we decide we’re going to listen to all that and believe what they say, instead of believing what God says.  Now I’ve chosen to believe that I’m going to live above that.

This is a divine moment in my life.  And I’ve got news.  God is no respecter of persons.  If it’s going to be a divine moment in my life, then it can be a divine moment in your life.

Now there are several things I want to share with you tonight.  But before I do, I want to tell you one more story from the Bible because there was a time in the Bible when they faced exactly what we’re facing right now.

It was in the time of Isaac.  Now if you go back in the book of Genesis, you’ll find that Abraham and Sarah had a son named Isaac, the son of promise.  And there came a time when there was a great famine, a great recession that came in the land of Israel.

Now, Ron, when times get tough, that’s when people become stingy with their money.  That’s when they hoard things.  That’s when they hold on to things, trying to make it.

Isaac wasn’t like that.  In the middle of a recessional time, the Bible says he sowed.  He sowed in famine.  Or in our terms we would say, he sowed right in the middle of the recession.  And what happened when he sowed?  The Bible says that he reaped a hundredfold in the same year.  It was a divine moment in Isaac’s time.
